How do I schedule an appointment?

  • You can schedule an appointment by calling our main line at 931-728-6354.

 

What services do you offer?

  • We offer a wide range of services that include primary care, emergency care, intensive care, telemedicine, cardiopulmonary care, respiratory care, and so on. You can read about each department in our departments section which can be found at the top of the page in the navigation menu.

 

What insurances do you accept?

  • We can accept a large range of insurances. Our currently accepted insurances can be found under the insurance tab at the top of the page.

 

How is Unity Medical Center handling the COVID-19 pandemic?

  • You can locate our COVID-19 Info tab at the top of the page. This page describes our facility health practices, what you can do to recognize symptoms, and how to best protect your health and the health of those around you.

 

Can I bring a service animal into the facility when attending an appointment?

  • Registered service animals such as allergy detection dogs, autism service dogs, diabetic alert dogs, guide dogs, seizure alert dogs, etc. are allowed within the facility.

 

How can I obtain my personal medical records from previous visits?
